Does anyone know if the Model 11 comes in different barrel length other than 22 inches? I can only find it with a 22" barrel now. We bought our older son one of these 5 years ago and it came with a 20" barrel. The younger son got this past Christmas and it came with a 22" barrel. I can't find any other differences and am just curious why I can't find the 20" option now.

Any thoughts/comments?

TIA

Savage will make pretty much whatever you if you call them.

Remington will as well.

Just might not be a standard price.

You may die shooting it though.

That may be what my wife bought my older son.

I was out of town when she was buying the older son the 308 and the younger son a 12 gauge pump for Christmas. While she is a great shot she really doesn't know that much about specs of rifles, shotguns, or handguns. Her telling about her experience buying these is pretty funny.

In the end, the younger son came out pretty good. We wanted to get him the Remington 870, just like his older brother's. The store was out so I asked her to get something similar. She ended up getting him a Benelli.

The hog hunter has iron sights, threaded barrel and every one I have seen has a green stock.
