I highly suggest the rubber Talon Grips if you plan to carry it. The sandpaper grip will scrape off skin after carrying it for a while.

The sandpaper ruined the lining of one of my sportscoats.
Personally, I think the 2.0 stippling is too aggressive. The rubber would be milder for sure.

Rubber talon grips were a must for mine. It would surely be tearing shirts and my skin with how aggressive the texturing was. Probably the best $20 I’ve spent - it’s an incredibly fun gun to shoot now.

Thanks guys. Won't be carrying this one. I have a Shield 9 and a Sig P238 for carrying. This will be a range and home gun.

Question is, do I keep the 2yr old Shield 9 as a truck/backup or sell it for $250 or so and almost break even on this? Hmmmmmmmm
