They were worth a lot more before all the extended tube mag guns hit the market.
The Saiga won't be as reliable as a semi-auto made by Benelli, or Beretta or Mossberg -- and all of these can be fitted with a Nordic (or similar) magazine tube that will hold anywhere from 5-9 rounds.

I have one.
Pros
20 round semi auto 12ga
Look mean as the frick
Russian made guns are usually reliable
Cons
Ammo can get high if you pour through the rounds
If you want to shoot cheap loads, have to get some gas porting work done
People think you're crazy when you pull it out
