I go beetle shallow or stained, and RR deep and clear, but that's just me.

i've thrown beetle spins my whole life , i just recently tried the roadrunner and i've been catching pretty good with it.

No matter the time of year or conditions I can always count on the beetle to catch them. I might start trying the roadrunner more

I've used the Roadrunner before but it gets hung on shite too much.

I use roadrunners for crappie, beetles in for everything else.

However, my favorite is roostertail.

I've caught many bass and bream on a Roostertail.
