The floor is mainly faded from just sitting but does have a few spider webs from age and sitting in the sun before I got the boat.

I took all the hatch lids out to restain and teak oil them and figured I'd redo the floor while the wood was out. What would you baws recommend.

I'm gonna sell the boat when I'm done with it due to finding a 24 ft GW I want but want it to be durable for whoever buys it.

Recommendations?

I recently bought a boat and had similar issue, I got the floor Line-X with a grey. Couldn't be more happy with it. I was afraid of the do it yourself kits bc the previous owner had done that and it was flaking. My research said it was above my skill level.

Sanded a 23 last summer and painted with a latex, if doing over I would use an inter lux paint that is harder. Sounds like a small whaler, so it shouldn’t be as expensive as what I was looking at. Don’t mix non-skid with paint, shake it on a section at a time for more even texture.

I have been researching this for a 13 footer, and most people either use Awlgrip, Interlux, or TotalBoat

Look up Tuff Coat Marine
I used this on my 17' Cape Horn last month with very good results. It looks great and covered the floor and deck very nicely. It is also non-skid with rubber particles in the paint. I highly recommend. It is time consuming to apply properly but worth the effert.
