I have a contract on 80 acres in Texas. Have a few financing sources, but figured it wouldn’t hurt to shop around. Any good suggestions for maybe 15% down and 20 years?
I have that in hand, but always looking to improve the scenario. I’ve looked for 30 year financing, but just isn’t out there for rec or farm property.
Thanks

Louisiana land bank. Call Jon Fielder, they pay dividends which usually equates to about one note a year.
