Has anyone had this done? If so, can you refer me to someone that will do a quality job?

What does it do?
Mine looks like that. But it came that way. It's all dull and worn now tho

Not much...mostly as cosmetic thing. Some say it will make the bolt/action smoother but i don't know about all that...but it does look nice.

Yes it does. I've found several 'smiths online that will do the service, but I was hoping to find an example of someone on the OB who has had it done to their rifle and could refer me to someone.

what part of the world you in? I know a couple of places in Houston that do good work...but if you are in BR it would not be worth the drive..

A whole 'nother state my man.
I do have a good friend that lives in Houston that I could mail the bolt to and have him drop it off to them. What's the name of the place(s) in Houston.

Brileys does good work. They won't be the cheapest but they do good work. They have done some trigger work me in the past.
they have a website that lists there prices and gunsmithing options.

Very reliable. Never heard of anyone having a bad experience with them, but you aren't going to get a deal from the either.
