Recommendations for Canoe/Fishing trip to Northern Arkansas

One of my friends got married recently and we wanted to take him on a late "bachelor party". He wants to do canoe/kayak trip one day, check out some caverns or hike one day, and fish on the other. Any suggestions on a centralized location where we can do all? We were initially looking in the Calico Rock area.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

IF it was up to me I'd pick the Spring River near Hardy, AR

There are some cool cabins that you can rent. The White River is big time trout fishing. The Blanchard Springs caverns are a must if yall are in that area. The Buffalo River has a lot of canoeing outfitters on it that are simple to set up. There is a ropes course in mountain view that is pretty good for a 4-hour deal. The national forest is pretty amazing, should be easy to find hikes all around.
FYI, a lot of dry counties up there. Bring your booze with you.

Water levels are all over the place the deeper you get into the summer. Kings River best eureka springs is spring fed and would have stuff to do at night if you camped in the area. You can easily access good stretches of Buffalo, white or mulberry if the river is right from there.

The Spring River is not a bad idea. There is a cabin on VRBO that can handle quite a few folks, and you can catch all the trout you want in front of the cabin. There are also plenty of options on floating the Spring. That would put you bout hr and half from Blanchard Springs Caverns, which would be worth the trip. If you go with staying on the White near Calico rock you can rent a boat at couple different places where the White meets the Norfork. That area of the river is not hard to handle fishing on your own.

There’s a section on the Spring River that is roped off now by dead mans curve. Sinkhole opened up in the river and a guy was killed a couple of weeks ago when he tried to rescue someone and he was sucked underneath.

There is actually a sink hole in the spring river that's caused a whirlpool that has killed two people. May want to look at another river.
There are a bunch of resorts on the white river with Gaston's being probably the best/most widely known.
