I'm just not a fan of champions. I don't even think they're still in production.

A lot of bay boats will fit your need here. I would think 19-21 ft would be plenty for what you described while also allowing a smaller motor if you are trying to stay within a certain budget.

Speaking of budget. What kind of price range are you looking at?

Jump seats should be a requirement considering you'll be using the boat for tubing/skiing.

Damn JAB...you got a Pathfinder?

Nice boats. I'm jealous. My parents used to live in Addis right across from a Pathfinder dealer. I would set there and drool over those boats back when I had no money to buy one.

I don't have a pathfinder. I have access to one though. The offshore model.

I want one though. Either that or a skeeter.

I think I am leaning dual console just for the extra security and wind break with the kid. Trying to stay under 40, could go used though

Triton dual consoles are pretty nice. Might check into the 220 escape. Nice boats.

I would love a Grady, just no dealers anywhere close and a bit out of my grasp

Man, I like the way these look a lot, just have 0 experience with them at all. Have you been out in one? handle the rough stuff well?

I like Xpress. My dad has one.

They really need to put a larger gas tank on the bigger boats though. I think the 24 footer only has a 30 or 35 gallon tank.
