Best rattling device besides real horns. It’s tough carrying them in with a climber and having somewhere to put them in a climber. Thanks

I use real horns and only hunt out of a climber. Little 6pt horns that fit in my pack. And I have a strap that straps around the tree with 4 hooks on it and hang them there while hunting. I’ve owned the rattle packs but figure you won’t get a more realistic sound from anything other than real horns.

The best is real horns that haven’t dried yet, hard to get and hell to pack lol. Second best I’ve found was the black rack. They lay somewhat flat and can be held to your hunting bag fairly easy.

Mojave Rattlesnake!

I don’t hunt but I’ve picked up a lot of sheds over the years. I want to try and make guitar nuts and saddles out of them, but they are probably too porous.
