Propeller Sizing - Yamaha 50Hp Outboard 2018

Any experts out here? I have an 18' Pro V RH Boat (Used to be called River Hawk Boats) with a 50hp Yamaha outboard. It came with a 11 5/8 x 11 G prop but I want to get a couple spares. I also think that seems like a large diameter for this boat.. I wish I had asked the dealer about it.
Even though I bought it in March I don't know how well the prop actually works yet. The boat has to go on three different barges to make its way here so I hope to actually see it sometime in June.

That question cannot be answered until the boat is run with the normal load the same as proper engine height. Get it, load it and run it. The results will point you in the right direction

Watch your tach when you change props. Don't want to blow that engine...
