I know these a dumb questions but I'm going to ask them anyway.

When you shoot a deer with a bow, is it almost always a kill shot? Does the arrow have as much impact as a bullet?

How accurate are the bows? Do you have to train for years to be able to kill a deer or is it something you can learn fairly quickly?

This is curiosity - I have no desire to bow hunt (though I shot conventional arrows at camp when I was a kid).
