Has papers. I'm not sure I'm out of town and he just called me. I'm going look at it tomorrow when I get home. Only thing I'm worried about us investing in a new motor and sitting on this one for a while. I'll post a pic give me a sec. I don't know too much about boats as y'all can probably tell

The 15 HP should push the a flat boat about 20-27 mph with 2 people. At work we use 14ft Tim's flats with 9.9 Yam for travel back and forth to the dock.

I might make you a serious offer on that motor if you buy it.
E-mail me

He said it did 26, but I didn't know if I believed him, or not

The motor sells for 3500 new. Has to be worth at least 800.00. Not a steal but a fair deal.

Assuming it is running and was not abused, and the boat is welded and doesn't have any leaks.

If the boat is in good shape and its got a trailer with it it's definitely worth it.

Look just like the ones we use. The trailer is not a real boat trailer. Other than that it looks good, make sure you test run it first.

I'm going to try and take it out either tomorrow or Friday to make sure it's all good.

Why do you have to have a 25? A 15 Yamaha is a nice little motor for scooting around in. My buddy has pretty much the exact same setup except with a sears brand motor, not as nice as that one. And we've fished the crap out of it. Duck hunted out of it too. I'd keep the 15 and buy a trolling motor.

Doesn't come with trailer which is my only concern. I have one at the house, but definitely don't want to over pay

Don't really have to have it, but I go down to my buddy's camp on the Tangipahoa, and it's about a 9 mile boat ride. Just something a little quicker would be nice.

Ahh.

Hmm. Then I'd try and get it for $900. It's not like you want to throw that in the back of the truck (tell him that unless he knows you have a trailer ). Plus no trolling motor.

If it had a trailer, I'd buy it from him for $1,000 if it checked out. I love those little boats. My buddy weighs probably 300lbs and I weigh 180 and his crappy Lil 15 pushes us around good. It ain't as nice as my brothers 21ft 2013 Legend with the 250, power poles, gps and side imaging but it'll do.

It sounds like a good deal to me . On selling the 15 . Craig's list is your friend . It shouldn't take long to get rid of or you might could trade somebody for a 25 with 100 bucks or something like that

I have a 18' Kenner center console with a 90 Johnson, but it's home is at the camp in fourchon most of the summer. I just want something to go launch and get to where I'm going. I used to have a 12' with a 9.9 back in the day. My friend and I tore up the river. My mom used to have to bring us to the launch in that thing
