Well the fish are still in the water so that's where you'll have your best luck fishing

Been to Cocodrie and fished Shell Beach (?) in the past but not in November. These guys have heard about fishing in south La and want to try it. It's up to me to put it together. Thanks for any help. What about Woodland Plantation??

Yes October and November can be awesome. Only problem is if you plan your trip the day a front hits. But if you have a guide you should be ok. You can catch Reds, specs, and bass in same areas in the fall.

Last year, weekend before Thanksgiving we chartered with Sweetwater down in Delaxroix . Limited on trout and caught reds. The fish were in there thick last November.

No. I moved out here 35 years ago from Mandeville. I will say that W Texas people love when hunters come in from S La. They love the personalities, the food and the stories.

Yeah, some buddies hosted the leasers to a fishing weekend, those ole boys fishing with cowboy hats must have been a sight to see for others. They had a great time and ate VERY well I'm told.
Good luck with your trip, guides might be the way to go.

Also. Google Venice, La. Guides good ones there, too
