What does your grill/BBQ/Crawfish rig look like? I am looking to start smoking stuff and want to find out what others own

I own a primo ceramic, weber kettle, and a smokin-it electric smoker. I use all 3 depending on what I'm making.
Just a basic crawfish pot my wife had me wreck boiling oyster shells in bleach water.

For crawfish I have a all in one type deal. It can hold 1 sack. I have a bigger pot that holds 3 sacks for anything larger. I just picked up a Char-Griller Acorn to try a kamado style grill. Wasn't much of a griller so I didn't want to drop $1k plus. I have enjoyed it and probably will upgrade in the future to a ceramic type.

Cabelas Pellet grill for grilling and smoking.

100 qt rocket pot and Bayou Classic Stainless Double Jet Burner. Timed it on Sunday, will get to a rolling boil in just under 8 minutes.

Muh boiler, courtesy of Biggerbear. The regular offset smoker gets a rebuild soon. Basic Weber gas grill for anything not smoked.

Here is mine. I built it 5 or 6 years ago. 1/4" steel inside with 1/8" steel outside. Has 1 1/4" gap in walls, top, and doors that are filled with vermiculite for insulation to hold steady temps on windy days.

Firebox in the back with 8" of 8" pipe connecting it to the cooking box. Has adjustable damper in the pipe. Sometimes I put a fire right in the bottom of the cooking box if we are cooking brazilian style over hardwood charcoal. The whole box sits on firebricks that you can see in the door picture.

Weber Spirit propane when we’re just cooking a few burgers or chicken breasts.
Plain old 2 jet bayou classic burner and 100qt pot for crawfish.

grill.
Holland original... its old but still rolling!
smoker.... offset vertical barrel style
crawfish.... dual burner camp stove two pots.
(it's not the best for crawfish but it gets the job done and has multiple uses.)
