Nearshore Fishing Charter in LA?

I want to get my dad a charter trip for father's day and he wants to do some near shore fishing. (trout, reds, and mangroves) Can anyone recommend a good group that does that?

Might be too late to get one for father’s day.
For trout and reds i would recommend captain Jakamo out of Shell beach. I don’t think he goes for snapper though.

Capt. Frank with Laid Back Charters in Grand Isle.
I don't believe many of the inshore guides (trout and reds) will also run to catch mangroves.
