My Azalea bushes have spots all over the leaves, what to do?

They're about 1.5 feet tall, planted back in November.

Not sure what they need?

Not sure about your situation but I have used a fungicide in the past on mine and it works great.

I get lacebugs on my azaleas. The damage is similar to the picture below. They live under the leaves and suck nutrients through the leaf. I spary a horticultural oil and water mixture under the leaves and on the stems twice a year. Keeps them in check.

not like the ones below blackish spot little bit bigger maybe the size of a pencil eraser

Another solution is to use predator insects. Saw a presentation on this a month ago and was impressed how much improvement in plant health after ladybugs were applied.
