Backyard project requires several large gables to be cut. Seeking recommendations for a custom wood maker.

Gator mill works sucks arse. The owner is a self absorbed arrogant prick. Can’t believe he isn’t in jail due his sexual harassment of his employees

Sorry for the delayed response. I need to figure out the picture tool on this site.

Behind our back fence sits a 5 acre empty commercial property that one day will be developed. With that in mind, we are building a arbor w/ trellis for climbing plants to provide privacy. The arbor will sit atop 6x6 post. We need gables from the 6x6 post to the arbor for support. The wife wants the curved gables not the straight support.

So are you looking to build it out of new cypress 6x6, 4x6’s and other sizes. This is very common. My guys cut decorative ends on cypress a lot for brackets, rafter tails etc. Get a design you like, lay it out on the post and cut it. You can use a band saw, sawzall, jigsaw etc.
