glorious Outdoor Board, I call on your knowledge. A few co-workers and I hope to make a trip out to catch some Tuna at some point this year. The discussion has centered on making the trip out of Venice (though this can change with your information/suggestions).

I am hoping you can suggest some guides or any other information you are willing to share.

Thanks!

Kevin beach. You won't be disappointed. Lee Mclane(sp?) or Peace marvel if lee or Kevin are booked. Have fun.

Intensity offshore charters with Josh bodeheimer. He and his deck hand work hard to get you fish and he's very nice. if you want tuna he's your man

I've fished with Peace and he is good. He is known for catching more tuna than most. He has taught a guide or two how to catch tuna.

Can't go wrong with any of the names mentioned.
I've been out with both Peace and Eddie. Both are great and will put you on the fish.

Blind faith charters (Lee) or Peace. These guys don't play.

Capt Gray Long
225-252-5315
I like him because he doesn't quit. Most captains go and come back in 6-8 hrs, he'll stay out forever

I would go with Billy Wells. About 4 years ago we caught two Blue Marlin, 10 YFT, 1 BFT, and 4 wahoo. I have never been on a trip with him and we didnt catch fish. Any captain with Mexican Gulf is gonna be good.

I have fished with Eddie Berger a couple of times and had a blast both times.
