We have 3 young boys, looking into possibility of leasing a place. Not necessarily for the sole purpose of hunting. Would like to escape Baton rouge as much as possible. Just a place to go and spend sometime together as a family. any suggestion on where to start looking? Honestly I have no idea where to start.

There are lease options that come up from time to time, but if you are able, purchase of a tract, even a small one can be a great option sometimes.

Tracts as small as 40-100 acres can give you deer and small game, hiking and camping opportunities.

Join a deer camp. No better place for boys to grow up.
