We used to fill the boat with catfish tightlining with Catalpa worms.

Do you do a dropper loop with little room or tie directly to the line. How big of a loop do you put? What size hooks?

My dad always used two loops so he could just remove the hook and weight easily to reuse. I tend to just tie the weight, them make a 2-3" loop about 8" up the line for the hook.
