I have a exmark with a kubota diesel motor that will run fine for about 10 minutes then slowly loses power. It finally will just kill. After about 20 minutes can get mower to crank right up but will do the same thing after 10 minutes. Any ideas?

Sounds like a fuel issue, mainly gas cap vent. Just a guess, but I'd say it's clogged, and the pump can't siphon from the tank.

!st rule of diesels, always change the fuel filter when trouble shooting engine problems...

Starved on fuel. Change fuel filter first. If that doesn't work then drain fuel tank and check from tank all the way to your injector body. You will have to purge all the air out of the fuel lines after

Had this just happen to my tractor. Except 2 minutes between runs.
The down time is when the line is filling up with diesel and it runs again.
I change fuel filter and cleaned everything.
Turned out i had 4 of those european beetles (lady bug look a likes) clogging up the 90 in my fuel line.

This.
Had a 88 suburban Detroit diesel that you couldn't start after it sat overnight. You would run the battery down winding on it. Eventually figured out the mechanical fuel pump on side of the block had a bad check valve and was allowing the fuel to drain/siphon back to the tank.
Keep a diesel with a good supply of fuel and they will run forever.

OP your mower is beyond repair.
I'll haul it off for you and just charge you labor.
I'm just a real good guy trying to help you out ...
Hehe check the filter

Water in fuel system, change the filter

Verify fuel supply and tank venting as stated by others. If still doing same thing suspect the fuel shut off solenoid. These will fail with the same symptoms.

I changed inline filter and drained the water separator filter. Just got done cutting 3 acres with no problem. Thanks
