Looking for opinions on Killer Instinct crossbows. The Ripper 415 looks decent for under $400. Any thoughts?

Yeah I know but I don’t care. If the bow hunting snobs want to say anything, I can handle them. It’s all about doing something you enjoy doing.

Found a dead buck today with a crossbow bolt near by. Pretty typical of crossbow hunters in my experience. Hope this helps.

I don’t have one but I don’t hate them. My only thing is that now they are advertising “ rifle like accuracy at 100yd”. Just because the bow can shoot that at a target doesn’t mean that people should at a deer. But I think that a majority that buy the high performance x-bows will..

Don't let these guys get to you, I understand how some people can really enjoy hunting with a crossbow. In some ways it's even more ethical. It's damn near impossible to draw a bow and make a clean shot after smoking meth.

As I figured a bunch of tough talking pussies who hide behind a keyboard. All you so called traditional archers who look down on crossbow hunters need to grow up. You are probably hunting with a compound bow with a high percentage let off. When you go and make your own bow with no cams on it like the Indians did, then you can talk. Otherwise you are just a smug a-hole.

The Bruce meme is pretty funny. Some are just joking and some do have the attitude. I don’t care what you hunt with so long as it’s legal. I am not going to shoot anything at 100 yards with a crossbow. Practice, take ethical shots and shoot at distances you are comfortable with the weapon you are using.
