40*
Windy as hell
Slight rain
Pop up 150 yds downwind of feeder

Yeah our seasons are quite a bit longer than yours, nov - Jan for rifle in TX. Not sure why they condense midwest seasons down to a few days.

Richland Parish, ENE wind 12-15, steady rain. Sitting in a box where CRP joins timber, sipping Community and watching it rain. Not in a hurry to be anywhere.

Too much rain. Been sitting on my arse watching cartoons with kids and drinking coffee. Got some deer in buttermilk that I’m gonna fry up with some corn bread and purple hull peas.

We only have 2 shotgun seasons (no rifles) and the first is 5 days, second is 8. This is day 1 of S2.

Rain, rain, rain in SW Ms. it’s a good day to make sausage and spend time with the wife and kids.
The work Christmas party is tomorrow so I won’t hunt until Wednesday at best. Looking forward to the Christmas break. I’d love to get the little ones on a deer.

Raining it's tail off on the MS coast. Stuck inside, so may as well use the rest of my duck and make gumbo today.

They are moving well in this drizzle. Four does and a couple of good looking young bucks have cruised through.

Was hoping to take the youngest Chandler to the woods this afternoon, but nothing really setup for a good E wind. Plus, he's still asleep and I'm on my 3rd cup of community right here in the recliner. I'm content lol

About to start my gumbo too. A good day inside or an all day sit in a dry box stand. Wish I was in a box stand instead
