About to head out for the ducks at the La. Delta.
Could be an excellent day when the rain passes.
Temp has dropped 30* since overnight.

Headed to the deer lease in MS. Turd floater outside right now, but should be a good day when it stops. I used to duck hunt, don't get the opportunity anymore. But damn y'all get up too early for me.

Guys hunting the marsh, be extra careful. This wind is going to blow out the water fast. You don't want to be stuck out there over night.

You duck hunters should be careful. Every year it seems a couple die around Mobile Bay when the weather fronts come through.

33 degrees (was 79 yesterday), light breeze and the rain is letting up
Box over looking mud plot with my 30-06

Went to hunt my ground blind that I set up last Saturday and the damn thing was laying over in the pond I set up by. Weather must have been rough last night. I was looking forward to getting in that set up this morning. Hope they move after the front and rain (hopefully) kept them bedded yesterday.

Good luck OB and stay safe (especially you duck hunters)

We have 2 wigeon and 5 teal right now. Wind is kickin'

ETA: making a round with the boat to pick up some ducks. That should be our limit

Had 5 come by at 250 yds yesterday. Flinging lead today if they come by. Got on stand at 7 after rain passed. Just started raining harder now.
