Ordered an upper from them. They say they’ll do returns. I really want to exchange it for one that came in stock after I bought this one last week. Only no one there will pick up the phone. I call the number on their website but it just rings and rings.

Any tips? I thought they were supposed to have good customer service. The upper got there very quickly and they’re posting YouTube videos so I know someone is home

Send an email. None of the online gun stores are answering the phone right now because they’re (were) too busy. Some of their websites mention it.

x39? I hope this is a toy. I understand wanting affordable toys but I never advise to skimp on a gun. Don't worry, I give my friends shite when they buy cheap guns to the point that there is NO WAY quality components and labor were used in their production.

Bear creek post a video on how they make uppers a while back... dudes using a breaker bar to assemble an upper... add that to the cheap parts, I really advise getting something better.

Radical, Bear creek... might as well be stamped black thorn.

It’s $230 and I’ve watched plenty of reviews with people saying it’s solid no frills. I’ll upgrade it slowly over time but this gets me into the caliber. This is just to give me the option to shoot the most popular caliber on earth without breaking the bank.

Just buy the 16” and have both. It’s like $250 after tax and shipping you can never have enough of them.

My first was a BCA and is now a hog/dear hunter for the kids. Never a problem. A ton of rounds. Damn accurate to 100yrd as thats theongest we've shot it at our lease. Side charger.

I bought a second one to pair with a lower build I had sitting. I bought a rear this time.

Both 7.62 and shoots steel. Zero issues with either besides a birthmark on the mlock handguard on one.

I'd buy another with zero hesitation.
