High River Level Effects on Buras Fishing

I am heading down this weekend to Buras. I was wondering if a high water level in the river will negatively affect the marsh fishing?

West side will be affected less than east. Both will have some effect but I'll be out there somewhere not enough to not fish winds will be bigger issue.
