Hancock leases

What do yall think about Hancock doubling the rates of everyones leases? Better get some doctor baws to join the hunting clubs.

Hancock is just moving them up to be about average for the state. Its been coming for a while.

Meh... Unrelated, but I will be charging all of the clubs past me a right of way for the first time ever this year.
Tired of them destroying the gravel roads, profiting off of it, and not paying a dime.
Whatever They raise their dues by per member, I'm raising x10 next year.
They take 50% I'll take 50%.
The hope is it thins out the people we have had issues with.

If they don't have an easement, put up a few gates and be done.

I would prefer to make money
The gates are there, I just always gave them keys for free.
