Kick in the arse catching redfish. Just get out there and do it. Really not hard.

This is a blast, did it a few years ago. This time around I'm preparing for the Chattahoochee and some trouts.

Boudin masters, I still have not perfected the "snap" in the casing.

I grilled it for a few minutes (top rack - high heat) over my chops, the casing started to bust a little so I took it off. Casing is still soft, but I didnt want the filling to bust out. Should I have left it on the grill?

No shite here in Alex, the mayor went on TV and said Halloween would be on Wed. instead of Thur. bc of the weather, apparently everybody listened.

Friend took these pumpkins around town to various places for Halloween pics. In front of city hall.

Hope everyone has a good one.

You know the drill in that case, lucky dog.

Y'all have a good one. Been a really bad day for me. And yes, I still feel like shite. Off to bed early tonight. Maybe the bad head I have will get better.

On a side note. The 4 BL's a drank did lower my blood pressure down to 155/92. Was up in the 170/120 range.

DJ's from Kroger in Shreveport. Besides Bergerons, it is the only brand I like up here from the grocery store.

Gas grill, heat was high...I will lower temp next time.

Thanks for the suggestion.

It has been a goal of mine for a long time to get the casing to snap
