That's not a lot of money to have your own private spot, it's small but you could hunt/fish. Clean it up and plant food plots and it would be nice for one or two bow hunters.

Take a look at the site on Google Earth. The lake looks more like a gunky green swamp hole. Strange what light and sky reflection can do to a picture.
