Got an email from coast flashlights

dadgummit, the amount of packages that are showing up at my house is embarrassing.

ETA: you have to order a charging cable separately. It's just the flashlight and rechargeable battery pack. Still an awesome deal. Hopefully can save somebody from having to pay shipping again for the charging cable. It ended up being $27 for me. I should have ordered the AA battery pack as well but no biggie, could probably find on amazon.

Reasons why I can never save $$$$ but you can’t take it with you.

The rechargeable part is what sold me. It's also pretty cool that you can charge your phone on it in a pinch.

Aight...how do I turn this thing on? Plugged it in and let it charge before trying to. When I hit the button there was a flicker and then nada. There's a lot of corrosion in the bottom of the tube. It's just my luck that I'd end up with the lemon. I'll see what Coast customer service can do tomorrow.

I was hoping to have the big bad flashlight when I go camping this weekend.

Update: Coast is sending me a new light. That's freakin awesome.

Got mine today. They sent me the kit that included the battery pack and the rechargeable battery with all cables needed! Looks and works great so far

Great feature. Enough juice to revive a dead phone when stranded
