Just curious to how many of y’all are seeing twins or triplets in your trail cam pictures.
I’ve got a few individual fawns but no multiples yet.

Wow! I wasn’t expecting that response. Is the rut late I’m assuming?

Yeah. December normally and some bred as late as January.

I’ve seen them with spots in November. Not prominent spots but spots.

I have a few more fawn pics from customers but my cams haven’t grabbed twins yet.

Did you get my email?

Still a couple weeks out for us to get a pic. Our peak chasing/breeding is mid dec to Jan 1st though
I’m still getting pics of does that look like they about to burst though.

I did but I’ve been on vacation for the last week. I’ve got a few emails from OB guys.

I’m leaving July 20th and coming back Sunday.

We have a few sets of twins here in NW Arkansas on the farm. From what I’ve noticed over the years watching my deer population is that the older mature does always throw twins and my younger does have the singles…I’ve seen triplets 3 times and I just assumed one was adopted because it lost it’s mom.

Edit: start running that Big Tine with roasted soybeans in your feeders or just dump it out on the ground and you will have every deer in your area on your camera.

I had to quit feeding. Damn hogs have just ruined it all. My budget and time availability has limited me to building a hop fence around feeders. So now I just use minerals and a deer attractants.

If I ever get off my arse and get high end feeders or build a hog fence I’ll always be limited because of hogs.

Here is my nemesis a few years ago. Despite raising my feeder and him evading the trap, he figured out how to eat 500lbs of corn in a week.

I’m fortunate we do not have any of those on my land however we do have bears and they will eat everything you put out once they find it…I have to set up special bait places for the bears to keep them off my deer feed

I didn’t hunt my ark lease last year as I focused on a trophy lease trial membership in Tennessee. But what I’ve mentioned on this board regarding a hog attractant is due to my experience on the documentary we filmed using it. Plus a few other times we used it successfully. It works on deer too. That’s why I’m gonna use it this fall. This fall me and the ark pigs will meet up.

Started showing up here in Metro Atlanta about 10 days ago. Twins mostly. Have had several different sets in the feeder.

They’ve torn up every one I put out until I started setting up bait barrels for them with easy access and we started running cannon feeders on the farm and they have yet to break those. I am interested ones that shock though I can’t get a cannon feeder down into to some of the places I’d like to. Do you have a link?

WiseEye isn’t currently making these feeders but we did for years. And we will do it again. Here is our page on it.
