I have been knocked damn near unconscious by a
spit n image by the partner in the back of the boat.

He saw a fish swirl about 300 feet away and proceeded to cast with the force of 500 midgets, and in the process wasnt watching his shite. No hooks entered the skin. Just blunt force trauma.

Had a 50 year old man holding up the launch the other day. Once he finally got the trailor in the water unjacknifed, i noticed he backed down so far his tailgate had water in it

Bet at some point someone may have said that about us so either teach him or find a new partner. Or - if a good friend and like fishing with him then just deal with it and maybe he will change by your example. Good luck!

Can't say I've ever seen anyone that age struggle with anything like that. How can you not have it figured out by 50?

will that work on that feller that always sits over in the trees on west side of rd, north side of town? He's starting to look at me kinda suspiciously when i blur by and wave.

My fishing partner is a over thinker. He stews on plans and shite for like a week before and must follow said plans to the tee when the day finally comes. I'm thinking he'd die if ever a plan were to be changed for whatever reason.

The dude I duck hunt is like this over selecting a spot the park the boat/pull up the blind.

He can ride in a circle for 30 minutes looking for the right clump of grass.

How about a fishing partner who can't back a boat into a launch to save his life?

I have only done it maybe 4-5x. Why not just let me operate the boat?

I have been to the spillway a few times. When you have never launched a boat the best time to learn isn't when there is a line at 5:30 am. I handled it pretty well but I stress when i have to do that.
