Likely getting married next March, and wanting to get some ideas of trips for a bachelor party in February. Probably too cold to play golf, and deer/duck seasons are out. A quail trip would be good and may be the current leader in the clubhouse. Also could do a conservation goose hunt and just get really shitty, which would be another option.

Thoughts?

I have hosted a couple at my farm in Feb. Once for myself and once for a buddy. This was our agenda:

1) Sleep late
2) Mid morning quail shoot
3) Lunch and Nap
4) Afternoon hog hunt
5) Dinner
6) Night hog hunt
7) Heavy drinking
8) Repeat

Seemed to work fine. It was fun and cheap. The biggest issue is the quail. How many do you want to shoot? They are usually like $4 each. Plus you may have to pay someone a little bit to bring their dogs.

That's my speed right there. Got some buddies that have similar setups. May drop a few hints around them

And i have zero desire to do Vegas

We can sleep maybe 10-12 guys comfortably if some of your other places don't pan out. Usually no one there in Feb. I have hosted a number of OBers. Even some LSU fans and a Southern Miss fan who were all decent guys.

Appreciate the offer. Got a little time before anything is official, but I may bump this in a few months if it comes back around

No worries. See how things shake out. I am in SW Miss. Between Vicksburg and Natchez.

Conservation goose hunt or go to a ranch in west texas and go kill a bunch of coyotes, hogs, and whatever else they will let you shoot. My buddy is getting married in october and thats what we are doing.

Los Suenos Costa Rica / JACO... no need to look any further. Did it this Feb for a bachelor party. Great offshore fishing. Capt' Tom's Sport Fishing was great as was Costa Rica Dreams, two good charters. Go to the casino in Jaco... must see once in your life.

Argentina dove hunt combined with some of the local talent is extremely hard to beat.
