i'm going to the Zurich Friday and then headed to Cocodrie after that to chase trout Saturday am.

Good deal. My dad bought a nice Hobie fishing kayak a few years ago but has sorta lost interest. I have a feeling I'll be inheriting it.

Here is what I usually do. You're either with or against the wind on the Nav which will wear you out big time.

I would launch it right there to the east of the north canal. Went walk there the other day and someone else had it cleared out with a little boat on the land.

Yeah, thats my neighbors. There's a little duck blind there that he built and hunted successfully last year. I don't have anything to haul the yak on land, and I cant just drag it across the pavement.
