Get a brass twist nozzle for the end of your hose, twist it to a jet, tape it there, turn the water on high and start shoving it up the drain pipe.
If that doesn't get it call root rooter. They can do it for a few hundred but the big truck is a lot more.
Also the more info the better the answer.
