There's a toby down the road from my house that will do it. He charges 2 bucks to breast and like 5 to pluck though.

That's the way I always understood it, and the way the pickers I used understood it.

If it were the other way, one limit per person dropping them off, the pickers would be the ones in trouble everyday.
