difference between .223 and 5.56

For no other reason that habit, I've only shot .223 out of my AR. If I shoot 5.56 should I expect to see a big difference out to 75 yards on accuracy? Going shoot some pigs and just curious. My buddy has some 5.56 to shoot and save my .223.
