Any reports of catching speckled trout? Caught limits a month ago in Bay Jack but haven't been since. I have heard the trout are scarce due to the influx of fresh water.

Haven't heard much on Delacroix recently, but if you want trout, just drive an extra few minutes and go to shell beach/hopedale

I fished last Saturday and only picked up 4-5 keepers. Typically this is the time of year where I mop up- not sure what the hell is going on to be honest.

Full of fresh river water from the siphon/diversion.
You can catch a few reds over there right now but if you want trout, head east! Lake Robin to Biloxi Marsh is producing right now.

I went out Sunday and caught a few trout. Trolled east side of lake Robin and caught a monster drum and some nice reds.
