I’ve always used the same seasoning from my local grocery store when I’ve made sausage before but looking to change it up. What’s yalls go to seasoning when making your own deer pork sausage?

AC legg. I've been adding tony's for a little more slice also.

AC Legg. Order on Amazon and add high temp cheese from Amazon as well.

Rebel is awesome. We use it every year. It’s nicely seasoned without anything overpowering. They make several different kinds. I just use the smoked sausage seasoning. They also make a country sausage seasoning for patties that has sage in it. It’s good also. I add about a 1/4 cup of cane syrup for every 10 lbs of meat when doing patties.

Sounds like I'm going to have to order stocking stuffers for myself from both AC Legg and Rebel. I've never used a store bought seasoning for sausage, but I'm certainly willing to try.

Ac legg for me as well. I add bacon end pieces and green onions to the regular pork sausage seasoning and it comes out great. I have also used their Italian and chorizo blends. I plan on trying the cajun blend and adding chunks of garlic next time around. But green onion sausage is my go to
