Looking at some Redhead stretch fleece gloves for my 6 year old but can't find a good sizing chart. Any of you dads buy hunting gloves for your 5 or 6 year? What brand and size did you get.

I've bought several pair of different manufacturers, thickness, composition, etc....

Doesn't matter, he'll lose them the same day.

I used a hand warmer muff with a handwarmer or two. I found my kids would constantly be taking the gloves off to snack or drink. Good luck, and enjoy the time with them.

I have always just got mine some cheap kid gloves from Walmart. Like these LINK

They're a couple bucks per pair and like someone else said he's gonna lose them. Keep a hand warmer or two handy for them.

Mittens are easier on you and the kid at that age. I can’t remember what size/brand we have, something more of a ski type with a zipper down the side that makes them easy to get on/off. Hand warmers in their pockets are great for when they pull them off.

Mittens that fold back to finger gloves, my kids fared the best with those

I have a rule now. No gloves until you are 10. That includes batting gloves. I now know what my hell will be if I go to hell, it will be putting gloves on a child and trying to get all their fingers in

I never could find any that worked well. I ended up getting him one of those tube things that strap around his waist then give him a hand warmer to keep inside.

+1 for the Mr.Buddy if in a box stand.
Hot Hands in the pockets with any gloves.
anything to make the kids comfortable.
they need a good experience and so do you.

As a veteran of having taken four of my kids hunting, this ^^^ is my best suggestion.

Welp…. Going to be hand warmers. We have a pair of ski gloves. They don’t match.
