CV Axle Rebuild

Looking for someone in the BR area or closer than Houston to have two front CB axles rebuilt. I have been trying to order new or even remaned with no luck. I guess so to covid. Open to any thoughts on this. I have found a guy in Houston that can do it, but he won’t let me ship them over and pay over the phone etch
