How many of y'all have ever sold anything on Craigslist? Experiences? Tips?
Trying to get rid of some BFG's and Bridgestone Duelers. Figured I would try it out.

All the time. Meet in a public place and ask for a few dollars more than you want because everyone on Craigslist wants a deal.

Sold my last truck on there. Met at a public space. Guy took her for a spin and came back with a was of $100 bills.
Had a few scammers but if you have half a brain they are easily sniffed out.

What about how to get my post to bump to front page every day?

Public place, ask more than you actually want, and carry.

Don't become a victim. I've sold things quite a few times and never has a problem. A Wallmarks parking lot is a good safe, highly-trafficked public place.

People will lowball you 99.9999999% of the time. You can be firm on price if you want, or you can list high and meet in the middle (where you actually wanted to sell at). For tires, be prepared to sit on them for a while. You might get lucky though. The last set I sold took 6 months, but my buddy bought some three days after they were listed.
Always bring a buddy with you to a public place with cameras, or police station parking lot, and always go strapped.
Eta: For tires, just list how many miles are on them. Don't get into remaining tread depth or %

Yeah only two. I had a set on the truck when I traded it in and took these off a jeep the dealership took in for a trade. I was just keeping them for spares.
Now the 150 has 18's on it.
Edit: you can still find the old tread pattern like these
