Here in Ga I just went to the courthouse...paid the $72 and had my fingerprints taken by two big arse deputies....10 days later my CCP was in the mailbox.

Much simpler in Mississippi. If caught with a cincealed weapon without a permit, you simply have to prove:
•That he was traveling or setting out on a journey and was not a tramp.
Of course that begs the argument as to how many residents of the great state of Mississippi are not tramps.
