Rules of some clubs I have been in.
Work detail: set a number of work days for each member prior to the season say 5 days per member and those who don't show up pay a fee say $200 per day. Some choose not to work and that allows more money in the bank.
Deer herd. Everyone has to agree on what you want quality or quanity or inbetween. Get an expert to assess your herd. Some rules we had is every buck has to score more than previous one, another club has a rule any buck killed has to be mounted.
If roads are good enough no 4 wheelers unless picking up a kill, all traffic to and from stands is by a truck.

Never understood this rule. As long as you're coming to and from stand and not joy riding, why does it matter what form of transportation one uses?

Some folks say 4 wheelers make to much noise.

It ain't no louder than a diesel rig or billy Joe's 1985 f150 with straight pipes. I usually just walk to and from, have never owned an atv in my life. I've just never seen an issue with atvs.

This is my obligatory "y'all have too many frickin rules" post

No firewood cutting allowed on property.

Downshift would not join

Yep. I'd get a silencer for my chainsaw

When I was in a timber company lease. They wouldn't let us cut firewood. My dad was pissed.
