Caught a few nice size crappie yesterday, any advice on how to prepare them?

They are white perch. Filet and fry them or clean them old fashion way and fry them

Eta: old fashion way as in fry like you would a bream

Yeah, I think were going to try frying them bone in just like perch.

I'm not a fan of bone in. I fillet everything.

I'm not a fan either, but oh well. I'm just going to butterfly the sumbitches and fry them.

Do not waste your time. They taste horrible. I can come pick them up and dispose of them properly. You did say they were already cleaned right?

Worm would have to be bigger that to scare me, I've eaten worms the size of my pinky finger out of black drum and mule trout.

I like to fillet everything. My dad and grandpa like bream and sacs on the bone. Butter flying them is a good common ground, I've found
