So I started working on a trailer to hauls my quads and camp with the kids...

Before
After paint. In/out on walls. Porch and deck non skid on floor.

Etrack installed on floor and walls.

Hammock for a kid. I can put a cot under it. For space. I have three. Might make more if it works well.

And finally with all the gear minus the table and toilet. Cots and stove and tent with chairs. Going to pickup a fish cleaning table to wash dishes and prepare meals.

Going to put cabinets in the front. Any ideas would be great. Going to put a sink with a drain into a 5 gallon buck to wash hands after using restrooms. Someone gave me a microwave and fridge.

Cabinets and electrical

Installed screw flanges on walls and floor to erect temp conduit to support a curtain for when I haul the portable potty for the kids/wife. Just screws to wall and a 3 way elbow holds it together.

Finished. Minus the little sink I ordered. Will drain into a bucket under the bottom shelf.

Not sure why the embedded links aren't working. They did in preview. Not in post. Thanks

Looks good. I'm looking for one to buy for the same reason. I plan to put a tank with 12 volt pump. Spout on the outside to run a propane water heater for shower. Cabinet up front with small sink. I think I'm just gonna run the pipe through the floor enough to drain on the ground. I'll probably start out with a cot but plan to build foldable beds.. it will be used when I go to Colorado and on day leases when I go bow hunting..

Man that looks awesome. There’s a bunch of videos on YouTube and would probably give you some more ideas. How big is your trailer?

Setup for shore power with rv spot or generator. I haven't gotten to the electrical layout. Once I get the cabinets figured out I'll run the electrical.

There is a few outlets now. I'd like to put one outside to plug lights in.

I figured out though you can run an extension cord from the generator or the RV hookup to plug in things outside.

It's 23 ft overall. 20 without the v-nose

I recommend like a 3 high plastic drawers you can get at Walmart instead of cabinets. It’s cheap and really light and you can remove it if needed.

The less permanently installed stuff the better.

You also need another spare tire and good racing jack.

Those LED lights?

A good friend of mine did this same setup for him and his kids and their quads. We took it on a couple trips to Little Sahara in Wynoka Oklahoma.

For sleeping he had a couple fold down 2x4 framing for cots in the back. For the "Kitchen" he had a counter w/ cabinets in the front. Micro, mini frig, sink and 5 gallon water heater for washing hands and dishes. The sink drained into a bladder type contraption he had mounted between the frame by the tongue with a drain line. He also had a small A/C unit w/ heater on the front angled wall.

All in all it was a nice setup for a fraction of the cost of a toy hauler.

Looks good.

I had a friend do something similar with a v nose. Put a shower in the v, toilet to the left small sink to the right with an instant hot water heater below. Wall with a door. Then small cabinet set with another sink, microwave, dorm fridge etc etc. Fold down bed from the wall. Was legit and I don’t have any pics he has since sold it.

Run the drain to a side wall or front wall with a threaded attachment so you can screw a hose to it and drain the water away from the camp site. Or you will find yourself standing in a mud puddle and dragging it back into the trailer.
