Cabinet or card scrapers?

You know the steel index card sized pieces that are flexible and scrape shavings. They do not have a handle.
Are these to be found anywhere other than higher end woodworking stores or online?
Places like Woodcraft or Rockler have them

They are used mostly for fine finishing work, hence no handles. They take off so little at a time that the wood surface comes out smooth as silk.
