Guys. Not sure of water levels but where within an hour of BR can I take the family tomorrow to catch some bream. I have an old 17 ft Xpress. Any help would be appreciative.

Worms are starting to drop out the trees on Verrett. Just in time for a 100% no wake zone in assumption

what does that mean? Surely running across a lake famous for 3 footers or running uninhabited canals is not included in that nonsense.

Was bored one afternoon and the boy wanted to go fishing, ended up getting some wal mart worms and tried out the lake behind the capitol. He tore them up, one after another. They are small and you can’t eat them but he had a ball. As soon as the line hit the water he had a fish.

Bank fishing only obviously. Lots of trash in the water / around the bank, and you will have to run off a lot of snakes. That thing is infested with them.

In college we used to hit the inter coastal. But it was always hit and miss.
