How is loss of area to fish loss of use of the boat? Even then, how does that equate to monetary compensation?
No, the commonality is loss of use on property caused by the spill. If I can't rent it out, its a valid claim. If I can't use it myself for a while it should be a valid claim.
I do see your point about equating it to monetary compensation, because there is no easy way to value the loss of personal use on a boat or camp.

quote:Big difference between camp and boat. Camp isn't moving. if you can't use it, you simply can't use it. The boat can be trailered to any number of other areas.

This is all hilarious. I bet if I put down both my BP supplied power poles I can stay in one spot long enough to keep up with this thread.

I was though. I had a camp in the marsh. I could visit my camp but I could not fish the waters around it. It's not that big a deal, but I believe it is compensable.

We got it. You're better than everyone and you look down upon us. We kneel at your feet oh wise and moral compass of the OB.

This thread certainly makes me feel better about myself. And I'm glad I have a better understanding of who to look down upon around here.

Speaking of leeches, and overall TPOS, what do you do that you can average 29 post every single day on here for four years?
Can you explain the monetary loss or gain on those numbers?
